Question #1. What are some great ways to be active?
For me, the best ways to be active are outdoor activities such as biking, walking, jogging, hiking.

Question #2. How do you maintain an active lifestyle when you have so many other demands on your time?
I make sure to include time with my children in whatever my schedule is and try to make sure that some of that time is spent in an activity that supports health and well-being such as biking, hiking, etc.

Question #3. How do you find a balance between all of the things you are supposed to do to stay healthy?
I allow myself a “cheat” once every week- ice cream, cookies, whatever it may be. I do not feel like I am restricting myself because I can use my “cheat” whenever I want to and I have something to look forward to.
