  1. Some great ways to be active are to get more involved in walking around the community, take the stairs over the elevator, find a hobby which involves so form of activity or eating a healthy diet. As long as one remains in motion and chooses some form of activity, they will be able to remain physically healthy.
  2. I struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I will be able to include walking overtaking cars or machines to get to places, but I struggle to eat healthily. I have gained much weight over the last couple of months as I barely eat healthily and barely eat anything at all.
  3. I have not found a balance, but I am working on finding a solution. I am trying to learn to cook and to start a hobby such as joining a gym or running/biking. I will be trying to maintain a healthy life balance in the future.
