. What are some great ways to be active
I absolutely love walking. New York is such a great place to that. I try to take opportunities to take walks everyday. Instead of getting deliveries I will walk to pick up groceries and food. I also use my dog as inspiration to get out and take longer walks as she always wants to walk for long periods of time. I also enjoy doing soul cycle and invested in a soul cycle bike to help myself stay active.
Question #2. How do you maintain an active lifestyle when you have so many other demands on your time?
I try to set aside time to do things that make me active. I have to get out everyday and walk a little for my dog which keeps me on the right track. I also commute to work by walking 2 miles there and then 2 miles back which I use as exercise and also my downtime.
Question #3. How do you find a balance between all of the things you are supposed to do to stay healthy?
This is something I struggle with quite a lot. There's a lot of demands in life as you grow up and especially in the field of teaching. I try to be active when I am teaching in person and using that time as being active. I think a lot of being healthy is finding some small moments in your day to do something.
