Q#1- There are many good ways to stay active. The most popular is going to the gym to workout. Those who cannot make the time commitment or stay motivated to attend can choose other methods. Some alternatives include walking, doing heavy yard work or household chores, and something as simple as taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
Q#2- With so many demands on my time, I keep active by including exercise as part of my day to day responsibilities. For example, when I have to do grocery shopping I walk about 20 minutes to the supermarket instead of driving or taking the bus.
Q#3- I find a balance between all things required to stay healthy by keeping focused. I keep myself reminded of the goal of maintaining healthy in order to accomplish other personal and professional goals. Good health is important and a priority for me.
