My Physical Well-being

I have always been a physically active person since I was very young, until in the recent years that I had to undergo dialysis and a kidney transplant, plus, being diagnosed with a blood disorder. But I still engage in as much as I can. I took formal ballet lessons and received training, straight for around 17 years starting when I was 5 until I was around 22. In school, I was also active the dance club. Later in my adult years, I became active with yoga.

I try to get on the treadmill on the weekends. Also, I attend ballet or jazz classes at STEPS or with the NYC Ballet when they are off-season. They have easy classes for the public, first come first serve. I just and pay per class.

Because of my health condition, I really have to stay healthy. I do this by not drinking or smoking at all, not even soda. I eat healthy too- no fast food, canned food or junk food. Most importantly, I drink a lot of water. I sleep in on weekends to fully recharge.
