Some great ways to be active is to walk at work, climbing up and down stairs instead of taking the elevator, going to the gym to work out, go for a run or a walk, swimming, using a stationary bike. If a person works out two to three times a week, they should be able to maintain a healthy active lifestyle. -
How do you maintain an active lifestyle when you have so many other demands on your time?
I maintain an active lifestyle when I have so many other demands by making time to go for long walks instead of taking the bus home after getting off of the train. A person can also do a workout indoors of their homes, which can include heavy house work, like cleaning the entire house. It’s important that a person can find a balance between aerobic and strengthening exercises to have a healthy physical lifestyle. -
How do you find a balance between all of the things you are supposed to do to stay healthy?
You find a balance between all of the things you are supposed to do to stay healthy by properly managing your time and trying to keep a flexible schedule. A person can work out for 10 to 15 minutes each day if that’s all they can manage, while others can work out for an hour or more two to three times a week. A person can decide what their fitness looks like and it differs for everyone.
