I chose the person laying in bed with covers on them. I’m overwhelmed emotionally and physically. It is not aspirational for me. I’m aiming to achieve success and get my degree. Like I have previously mentioned, my health isn’t my main concern at the moment. I think spending more time alone, relaxing and doing things I like could change my journey to achieve my goal. Instead of overwhelming myself by trying to please everyone in my life, I need to focus on myself and do things I enjoy.
