I generally am good at remembering new things and have always had a photographic memory. To aid in recalling new things, I usually use acronyms. Acronyms are great for recalling large pieces of new information. The old jot down the new thing on a piece of paper also works, too. I focus on the main keywords for the new material and then that helps me recall the other information .
